At the core of all our manufacturing centers lies our top Deburr Team. Deburr is only a small part of what they do – and do brilliantly. Every piece of metal ACE forms, molds, assembles, welds, and mills has to be trimmed, ground and polished by this crew. And their standards of quality are just as strict as everyone else’s. Tolerances are measured by 1/1,000th of an inch. Welds need to be buffed without damaging strength. Surfaces need to be a perfect match to their mates for joining. Holes need to be drilled in exactly the right spot. The Deburr Team is a critical and much appreciated department here at ACE. They truly do make everything we make shine!
